All Dayton Operating Equipment is sold
under a positive guarantee that is free from factory defects in material
and workmanship at the time it leaves the factory.
If in our opinion, any defects become
evident in service and equipment has been installed in accordance with
erection drawings furnished by us, and has not been otherwise misused or
neglected, we agree with the purchaser to make good, by repair or
replacement, any defective parts that develop through ordinary wear
within two years of date of shipment.
